Shipping & Returns
How do you ship orders?
I use USPS for everything. Depending on the shipping speed you selected at check out, i ship either first class package mail or priority package mail. Time wise they can be similar, depending on where you’re located and time of the year (usps is slower from october-jan).
a good rule of thumb is first class mail takes 3-7 business days, and priority mail takes 1-5 business days.
if you have a sticker only order, it’ll ship in a first class letter mail envelope with no tracking. You may pay for tracking by upgrading selecting first class package mail or priority.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
I am not responsible for any orders lost in the mail. I also do not have any more information than you do in regards to finding where it is located.
If the order stops tracking, please contact me and we can figure out how to proceed.
What do your orders ship in?
I primarily use degradable polybags, as they are lighter weight which helps to keep shipping costs down. Sometimes i will also reuse packaging if possible.
What if I want to cancel an order?
All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
What if I want to return an order?
There are no returns on custom items of any kind.
I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in mail.
If an order is to be returned, the entire order must be returned, unused, free of any damage, within 5 business days of the order being delivered. REturn shipping charges are your responsibility, and you must provide me with the tracking number.
Returns are not authorized unless you contact me first. Please reach out via email or the contact me form.
Repairs?
Contact me! If you’ve got a well loved plush, or something small happened to another sewn item you purchased from me, send me an email or use the contact form to let me know what’s going on.
I’ve done repairs in the past, it is your responsibility to get the item to me (if you’re local, make arrangements. If you aren’t shipping the item is required), and there will be a small repair charge if it is not a matter of the quality of my work. The repair rate is only $15 an hour, most repairs will be far far less than that time.
